August Health Challenge: Stress Diary

Stress is a part of everyone's life. For this month's Health Challenge, take some time to learn about the patterns of stress in your life. Print some of the challenge sheets to create a personal stress diary. Track your stress using the chart. Keep this diary for at least two weeks. At the end of each week, review your diary pages to see how often you are feeling stressed and how you are coping. Try out some of the stress relief tips or visit the resources to find ways of dealing with stress that work best for you.
